Happy 3 months, Austin!

Today Austin is 3 months old!!! I can't believe how fast time is going!! Seems like yesterday that we were bringing him home from the hospital and now he is a 15 lb. chunky monkey. He is smiling so much now and is also giggling alot more. It is sooooo adorable. He has definitely been a VERY CRANKY baby at times, but he is also sweet and we are blessed to have him. Austin's Room

I can't believe I finally did it!!!! I finally decorated Austin's room. THis was done at our old house but I have been procrastinating and doing other stuff since we moved into our new house. Today, however, I finally got it done. I hung letters above his bed, spray painted the shelf and hung it, hung some art work, and hung the animals on the wall. So glad to finally get that done. As you can tell it is an animal theme.

Tomorrow Austin will be 3 months old!!! I can't believe it!!! Time is flying by so fast! He is already 15 lbs... and is growing like a weed! My little monkey boy!!!

River Valley Ranch

Yesterday was such an awesome day. We loaded the boys up yesterday morning and met our friends Mike and Heather in Baltimore. We then followed them to River Valley Ranch. Brett had a blast. We had a yummy lunch and then went on a hay ride. Brett kept saying how much fun this was.Austin spent most of the day in just a diaper. He was passed around from Daddy, to mommy, to mike and heather. He was awesome and didnt' fuss too bad at all. He even fell asleep on the VERY bumpy hayride. We all had yummy snowcones to combat the heat... boy was it HOT!!!! Brett also put his swimsuit on and played in the stream. We caught him throwing rocks into the stream to splash people so we promptly told him that was not acceptable. Well, a little boy splashed Brett really good... so what does my son do? He picks up a rock walks over to the boy and drops it right beside him. Splashed the mess out of the boy.. Brett then laughs really hard. He always seems to find a loop hole. Although, you gotta give him credit that was pretty smart. LOL They had a couple of bouncy houses there and Brett had a blast on those. At the end of the day there was a rodeo! Brett LOVED it!!!! It was alot of fun. We then finished the day with dinner at Chilis. The boys were both exhausted and slept really good last night.

New Blog

Well, I am going to try blogging. I figure it will be a good place for me to write down what all is going on with us. I am sure I will enjoy looking back on this in the years to come. It seems like every day the boys do something funny or crazy so I am sure this will be interesting at times. LOL Today was interesting. I went and had blonde highlights put in my hair. I took Austin with me and for three hours that child was SOOO well-behaved. I was honestly shocked! See he is quite the fussy baby. I started getting really nervous when the 7'oclock hour hit. Austin demands bath usually at that time.. he didn't tonight though. He was so awesome. So I am now a dark blonde and I LOVE IT!
